We strive to ensure the most efficient, effective, and convenient purchase experience for each and every member of our growing community. Given that our products are hand-crafted to each individual order naturally and without preservatives, they are considered perishables and as such cannot be returned.
However, in the unlikely circumstance that your purchase arrives damaged in the mail, due to conditions out of our control, then you can choose to be refunded for your original purchase, or instead have it exchanged for a new one. MERCH, CLOTHING, APPAREL
The previously listed items are able to be returned. A refund will be processed following the arrival of the merchandise back to our unit, where a return label can be found through your order details. The merchandise must return in mint, original condition, unless previously damaged due to unforeseen circumstances. We offer a thirty-day (30) window for returns to take place.
